New Haven Municipal Code

The New Haven Municipal Code is available in pdf format, linked to this page. The Code version available here is complete through December, 2006. Ordinances and code changes adopted since that time are not included in the online version and can be obtained at City Hall.

The Municipal Code is divided into seven sections, or titles. Links to each separate title of the code are listed here. If you are looking for specific sections of the Code, please remember that the section number corresponds to the title it is found in. For example, all Code sections between 400 and 499 can be found in Title IV.
