Natural Gas Customer's Monthly Rate

Minimum charge of $8.00 plus .69 c.c.f. Together with an adjustment to reflect the

increase or decrease of the actual cost of gas from our gas supplier. The rates change month to month. A copy of the latest rates is available from the City Clerk at City Hall.

We offer budget billing for our gas customers, you will need to sign up in May

at City Hall.

All bills are mailed out on the 10th of every month and due by the 20th, there is

a late penalty of 10% of bill due. If the gas bill is not paid by the last day of month,

the gas will be disconnected on the 1st unless that day falls on a Saturday, Sunday

or holiday. It will then be disconnected on the following Monday. IF GAS IS

DISCONNECTED there will be an additional deposit of $100.00 plus a reconnection

fee of $50.00. Plus FULL payment of the gas bill before it can be turned back on.

*ALL RENTAL PROPERTY the property owner will be notified if an account
is delinquent.
